Crissy LLC1 StarSo, glad I don’t have to work for a fraudulent company anymore. Decola Young, is the most disgusting individual who will carelessly remove hours with no explanation. She will purposely take time away and leave for “vacation” so “floor lead” Brittney palmer can give you the bad news and say there’s nothing you can do about it because time was already submitted by THE MANAGER! You cannot actually track your work and dialing time because it’s not accurate. Agent Dashboard is always down and doesn’t give accurate TiQ Hours(time you have been dialing), nor number of dials. This is the perfect system to mentally enslave workers to dedicating more time and working extra hard to get to no where. Managers can only access your previous calls and you as an IRE can not. The airhead director Don will give you some excuse about getting IT eventually. Just save yourself sometime and don’t work for this company especially for the pay.Tuesday 27th February 2024

I have gotten several calls from their employees who literally said they were "Liz from (name of my mortgage company)" and asked if I am looking to sell my home. Um, banks DO NOT call you to ask if you are looking to sell your home! When I pressed them hard about who they actually are, they said they are a "partner company of (name of bank)". So, I called my bank to find out, and this is FRAUD - the bank DOES NOT partner with companies to call you about mortgages! FRAUD ALERT! STAY AWAY and NEVER provide your info over the phone!Thursday 3rd August 2023

You do not get the raise that you are promised. you are thrown out onto the floor with barley any knowledge on a client that you were just trained on. they do not protect the security of your safety in the office. you will not be heard. I'm speaking as a former employee who was in the office 5 days a week and saw all this occur as well as was treated unfairly after a physical assault that occurred while I was pregnant. I have no words to explain the amount of mistreatment I got working at the LQ Digital Albuquerque office. Especially being a individual who has been in the call center industry for over 5 years, this is the worst treatment I have ever received from a call center. the worst professionalism I have ever seen. as well as lack of cleanliness of the office. I do not refer them to anyone!Thursday 4th August 2022
